European Museum Of the Year Award 2022
After designing the 2019 conference and successfully collaborating with its host, we received an opportunity to work on a new project – an innovation in the half-a-century long history of EMYA awards.
We were tasked with conceptualizing and creating an interactive Web Brochure to stand in the place of its generic and standardized counterparts. Our main focus was on creating an intuitive UX, followed by modern aesthetics. We started by sketching out the wireframe, with the main goal of creating an accessible and convenient MENU that would put all the different parts of the brochure within the reach of our users.
We ended up with a menu that allowed the users both to browse through the list of museums and use the search function to find specific institutions or countries.
In addition to creating the interactive brochure, we also designed its PDF and Print variants. Satisfied with our work, the host of the year’s conference – the Estonian National Museum – invited us to participate in designing the visuals for the conference itself. It has been our great pleasure to work on the design of Programs, Panels, various animations, and live stream visuals.
